V&A Consulting Engineers Announces the Release of Their Proprietary VANDA® GRAVITY MAIN CLEANING INDEX

The free tool from V&A Consulting Engineers supports municipalities, provides a standard for recording main gravity cleaning conditions and lays the foundation for data collection and analysis, optimization of cleaning operations and cost savings.

OAKLAND, Calif., April 6, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The VANDA® Gravity Main Cleaning Index was created by V&A to provide a standard for recording condition assessment data during gravity main cleaning using objective criteria. The index shows typical examples of conditions observed in the cleaning of main gravity segments. This index will also become the standard scoring methodology for machine learning demand forecasts (referred to as LOF – Probability of Failure) generated by V&A’s data science services.

Presented as a permanent ruler, the index is a tool for professionals assessing and reporting gravity home cleaning conditions. The VANDA® Gravity Head Cleaning Index facilitates data collection, which forms a basis for data analysis and improved Gravity Head Cleaning. The introduction of a standardized index positions collection systems for cost-effective, sophisticated analysis that provide maintenance managers with insights to improve cleaning processes.
