PA’s 2021 financial results show that it is one of the fastest growing major consultancies

2021 PA:

  • generated fee income of £691.5m, up 24 per cent year-on-year

  • 50 new partners joined the firm, a record number

  • welcomed about 1400 people

  • has launched The PA Foundation and pledged £10m to support disadvantaged groups in their global communities

  • garnered excellent testimonials from its customers, with 98 percent of customers saying they would recommend PA to others.

Innovations for customers

PA continued its purpose Bringing ingenuity to life to build a positive human future through outstanding work for customers in an ever-changing world. It has a unique roster of experts – strategists, innovators, designers, consultants, digital experts, scientists, engineers and technologists – capable of delivering end-to-end innovations together with their clients.

In 2021, PA drafted Britain’s new charging station for electric vehicles Concept to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles as part of global efforts to combat climate change.

PA also joined in unilever to rapidly evolve its HR strategy and protect employees as the pandemic accelerated. PA and Unilever have jointly developed a world-leading digital tool that provides real-time and predictive information from global and regional levels down to individual Unilever locations.

So far in 2022, PA has welcomed Tracy Countryman as market manager, Rina Ladwa as Head of Alliances, Platforms and Products, Charlene Li as Chief Research Officer, Will Lambe as CFO and Kelly Olsen as Chief Information Officer. Their appointments will further accelerate PA’s rapid growth.

Ensuring the personal and professional growth, well-being and fulfillment of PA employees is central to PA’s people strategy. In 2021, PA expanded its mentoring and virtual learning opportunities through PA Academy. It introduced company-wide Race Allyship training, launched its Women in Leadership program and continued to grow its employee networks, including Mental Health & Wellbeing, Military, Pride, RISE (Racial Inclusion and Social Equity) and Women’s Network.

In 2021, PA people have continued to give back to their communities by volunteering their skills and experience for the greater good of society. PA interns were invited to tackle real-world technological challenges — from designing lower-cost diagnostic equipment to designing a global asset tracking system — at his Global Innovation and Technology Center in Cambridge, UK. And PA helped underprivileged students develop leadership skills through its UK and US.springboard‘ Internship programs.
