Hilton is expanding its wellness platform and benefits to introduce new offerings to support team members’ caregiving responsibilities

MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton announced a new industry-leading caregiver initiative aimed at empowering team members on their caregiving journey.

The Care for All platform is an extension of Hilton’s efforts to help team members take care of not just themselves but those closest to them, whether that be children, parents, siblings, pets or anyone who need care.

Last year, Hilton launched a new mental wellbeing hub as part of its Thrive at Hilton platform to enable team members to easily and seamlessly find and access all of the company’s mental health benefits, resources and tools.

Now, in an extension of that successful effort, the new Care for All platform offers team members support beyond their own care of themselves and helps them enable that care for others. The new platform is easily navigable and organized by the type of care needed: self, sick, disabled, elderly, children and pets.

“Caring for others is both a joy and an honor, but it also requires deep knowledge, resources and support,” he says Laura Fuentes, Hilton’s Chief Human Resources Officer. β€œIn order to continue to build a fully inclusive and humane experience at work, it is critical that we recognize the many caring responsibilities that each of our team members carry and support them to reach their full human potential both at work and at home can make full use of at home. ‘

In addition to providing team members with effective, easy-to-use resources, the new platform is part of a larger effort to continue to grow and evolve Hilton’s award-winning workplace culture.
