The Care for All platform is an extension of Hilton’s efforts to help team members take care of not just themselves but those closest to them, whether that be children, parents, siblings, pets or anyone who need care.
Last year, Hilton launched a new mental wellbeing hub as part of its Thrive at Hilton platform to enable team members to easily and seamlessly find and access all of the company’s mental health benefits, resources and tools.
Now, in an extension of that successful effort, the new Care for All platform offers team members support beyond their own care of themselves and helps them enable that care for others. The new platform is easily navigable and organized by the type of care needed: self, sick, disabled, elderly, children and pets.
“Caring for others is both a joy and an honor, but it also requires deep knowledge, resources and support,” he says
In addition to providing team members with effective, easy-to-use resources, the new platform is part of a larger effort to continue to grow and evolve Hilton’s award-winning workplace culture.
